BOHALI
Bohali is the top traditional location of Zakynthos and contains the picturesque areas known as Varres, Akrotiri and Kryoneri. It is situated among gardens with flowers on the slops of a green hill. The view is stunning. The visitors can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views and a coffee listening to traditional Zakynthian songs (Cantadas or Cantades) in the cafes and the restaurants in the area.

Of interest in Bohali is Strani hill where Dionysos Solomos (national poet of Greece) composed the Greek National Anthem and the Venetian Castle that was built by the Italians during the Italian occupation and the Nautical Museum.
